If an item is not entirely to your liking and meets the return conditions, you can return the item to us within 30 days of receiving your order.

REPORT RETURN WITH AN ACCOUNT:

Report your return in your account, log in here.
Print the label and stick it on the package.
Hand over the parcel to the carrier named by the label

REPORT RETURN WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT:

Click here to register a return without an account.
Enter the order number from the order or shipping confirmation and note the e-mail address you used to place the order.
Print out the label and stick it on the package.
Hand over the parcel to the carrier named by the label

Please note...that processing your return can take up to 10 business days from the time your parcel is delivered to our warehouse in the Netherlands. Has your return still not been refunded after 12 business days? Please fill out this form. Keep the proof of posting until the return is delivered to us.
