How can I redeem a discount code?

You can always redeem your discount code during the order process by entering it in the 'add discount code' option. This option is available in your shopping bag or in the order overview. There can be several conditions attached to the redemption of discount codes. These conditions can be found in the relevant email and/or in the FAQ's.
Unfortunately it is not possible to apply discount codes or giftcards to orders that are already placed.
